At Pooch’s B&B, we believe your pet deserves more than just a place to stay — they deserve a place to belong. From the moment your pet enters our doors, they are treated not simply as a guest, but as a cherished member of our extended family.

Our story begins with a deep love for animals and a shared vision: to create a sanctuary where cats and dogs experience the same luxury, attention, and comfort we’d want for ourselves. What resulted is more than a pet hotel — it’s a five-star destination designed exclusively for furry babies, where safety, joy, and elegance live in harmony.

  • Cage-free luxury suites, each with orthopedic beds, soothing lighting, and TVs with calming music
  • Deluxe family suites for bonded pairs and multi-dog households
  • Epoxy seamless flooring safe for paws and joints, antimicrobial, and odor-resistant
  • No central drains. Instead, our central wet/dry vacuum keeps every surface clean without bacterial buildup
  • UVC-filtered air systems in every suite and throughout our HVAC
  • Individual cameras, smoke detectors, sprinklers, and one-way observation glass in every suite
  • Double Filtered water systems throughout the facility
  • Daily enrichment: from snuggles to snacks to supervised play

INTAKE PROCESS

Before your pet’s first visit, we ask all guests to complete a comprehensive intake form. This helps us get to know your dog’s personality, health background, preferences, and special needs — so we can provide an experience as unique as they are.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What do I need before my dog’s first visit?
All new guests must complete a detailed intake form and provide proof of vaccinations. This helps us learn about your dog’s personality, preferences, and any health considerations to ensure a seamless and joyful stay.
Is the facility staffed overnight?
Yes. Pooch’s B&B is staffed on-site 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including holidays. Your pet is never alone — day or night.
Are your accommodations cage-free?
Entirely. All of our guests stay in private luxury or deluxe suites — never cages or kennels. Each suite is beautifully furnished and designed with safety, comfort, and serenity in mind.
Do you accommodate senior or special-needs dogs?
Yes. We create individualized care plans for guests with medical needs or sensitivities.
Is food included, or should I bring my own?
We recommend maintaining your pets current diet for their comfort. You are welcome to bring their favorite food. We also offer freshly prepared, all-natural meals and room service options daily. We’re happy to accommodate.
Do you offer grooming or spa services?
Yes. Our Bella Ruby Spa offers a variety of treatments.
What safety measures are in place?
We are staffed 24/7/365 ensuring immediate action in the event of an emergency. Each suite is equipped with smoke detectors, fire sprinklers, dimmable lighting, sound-dampening insulation, and one-way glass for privacy. Our flooring is seamless, low VOC epoxy; our air systems are filtered with UVC technology; and our cleaning system uses an advanced central wet/dry vac — no floor drains, no bacteria buildup. All staff are trained in Pet CPR and First Aid.
Can I host a party or celebration for my dog?
Of course. From birthdays to retirement ceremonies, our event team is delighted to create elegant, joyful experiences for your dog and their guests. Learn more on our Special Events page.
Can my dog attend my wedding?
Yes! We will transport your pup(s) to the wedding venue for your ceremony and/or photos. We arrive equipped with everything necessary for a seamless, stress free experience for you and your pup(s).
Can you provide filtered water for my dog?
At Pooch’s we only provide filtered water to our guests.
Are vaccinations required?
Yes, Rabies, Distemper, Leptospirosis and Bordetella. The Bordetella must be administered every 6 months.
